Yin Yoga and Relaxation with Christine
Health is present in all of us, but many environmental factors prevent its positive expression. So I invite you to join us to offer yourself the best to nurture your health, to let it emerge consciously, so that it can express itself and offer us its lightness and well-being in everyday life.
This course will start with a general stimulation of the body and an awareness of our inner world, with exercises, opening of the body joints. Through yogic breathing and stretchings, we favor the softening of the tendons and enhance a better fluidity of the Ki in the meridians. Yoga postures, dynamic and static and their proper positions to restore strength and flexibility in the body and revitalize the center.
We end in deep relaxation with a calm breathing focus and the healing-position Sarvasana, realizing the benefits that the exercises will have brought within our body.
Hatha Flow Yoga with Sabrina
Yoga Haṭha Flow is a modern and relatively dynamic form of Hatha Yoga. It is an energizing practice, where we will work on postures, asana, both statically and in more or less dynamic sequences or sequences, at the rythme of the breathe. It is a fluid and graceful practice that strengthens the body and circulates energy. Hatha Flow yoga is both gentle and invigorating, as relaxing as it is strengthening, respectful of the body and level of each individual.

This course will start with a general stimulation of the body and an awareness of our inner world, with exercises, vibration, opening of the body joints, stimulation of the energetic meridians and their direction of circulation, yogic breathing.
The second part we continue with: stretching, favoring softening of the tendons and a better fluidity of the Ki in the meridians, yoga postures, dynamic and static and their proper positions to restore strength and flexibility in the body and revitalize the center. And finally we will end in deep relaxation with calm breathing focus, the healing-position Sarvasana, realizing the benefits that the exercises will have brought within our body.

Tree Hugging in the Forest : Thursday and Sunday !
Vinyasa Yoga with Sabrina
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit term which means synchronization of movement with the breath. It is made up of two roots: "nyasa" which means "to place" and "vi" which means "in a specific way". We therefore define Vinyasa yoga as a sequence of dynamic movements, initiated and harmonized by breathing.
Vinyasa yoga comes from Ashtanga yoga, which consists of performing a series of postures in a specific order. Unlike Ashtanga, Vinyasa yoga is more free and creative: it does not impose any series of measures. The sequences are the fruit of the experience acquired by the teacher and are adaptable to the needs of each individual.

SRI AUROBINDO MEDITATION
" Dare to sense the Cellular Consciousness "
Meditation with Bart Dierick in the tradition of the intégral yoga: a silent meditation
after having read a text of Sri Aurobindo, The Mother. Content of the text : how to strengthen your consciousness, how to interiorize your perception, how to find access to your inner world, your inner source.
We open ourselves to receive a wider consciousness, with a descend to the cellular level of the physical body. The first step is a complete sincerity and the practice of " how to install Mental Peace ".

Practice to improve health according to the foundations of Qi Gong
Sorry, this course, only in French..
